By purchasing, accessing, or using services provided by GOHOSTAR ("GOHOSTAR", "we", "us", or "our"), available at https://gohostar.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to all terms, you may not use our services.
You must provide accurate, complete, and current registration information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities occurring under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Hosting packages must be utilized for lawful website and application hosting. Shared hosting environments are subject to fair use limits on server CPU, memory, and database I/O to ensure stable performance for all shared users.
Services are billed in Indian Rupees (INR) on either a monthly or annual cycle. Renewal invoices are generated prior to service expiry. Services with unpaid overdue invoices may be temporarily suspended until payment is verified.
Domain name registrations and transfers are governed by ICANN and relevant registry regulations (e.g. NIXI for .in domains). Domain fees are non-refundable once registered with the registry authority.
To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law in India, GOHOSTAR shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from loss of data, unauthorized access, or downtime.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, Maharashtra, India.
